Refund & Return Policy

Data plans are one-time sealed packaged products. Once sold, if the packaging is damaged or the product has been activated, it may affect resale. Therefore, we adhere to the following basic principles:

Eligible for Refund/Exchange

  • Unopened products: Products with intact, unbroken packaging and within 7 days of purchase are eligible for a full refund or exchange.
  • Defective products: If the product is unusable in its unopened state (e.g., missing SIM card, damaged card that cannot be read), please contact customer service within 3 days of discovery. Upon verification, a free replacement or full refund will be provided.
  • Failed activation: If the card cannot be successfully activated after following the instructions, and technical staff confirm that the issue lies with the system or the card itself, a refund or exchange will be arranged.

Non-Refundable/Non-Returnable Cases

  • Subjective Customer Reasons: Change of travel plans, no longer needing the service, perceived poor network coverage, etc.
  • Activated & Used Products: The eSIM profile has been successfully downloaded/installed and activated for use, regardless of the amount of data consumed.
  • Improper Customer Handling: Failure to use the product in accordance with the provided instructions (e.g., incorrect APN settings) resulting in service issues.
  • Damaged or Missing Packaging: Original packaging is damaged, lost, or rendered unidentifiable.
  • Unauthorized Purchase: Products purchased through any non-official company channels.

Exchange Process

If an exchange request is approved, the unopened or faulty product, along with proof of purchase, must be returned to the designated address. A replacement product will be dispatched after we have received and verified the returned items.

Final Decision

The company reserves the final right of decision regarding each and every refund or exchange request.
